Mind Body Workshopwith James Sewell from the acclaimed James Sewell Ballet
Learn "Intentful Movement" that strengthens mind and body connections Motor skills are the movement skills that we learn throughout our lives and are essentially creative in nature. While our bodies are "instinctually" and autonomously tuned to respond to situations at hand, we are also equipped to “design” our movements in highly sophisticated and “intentful” ways. Dance represents a practiced approach to the design of movement and ballet engages artists / athletes at the highest levels of physical demand. With James Sewell Ballet’s BODY MIND WELLNESS program, "intentful movement" is accessible, fun, and beneficial to physical and mental well being.
