And that’s before we even talk about any of the comic subplots that involve yellow stockings\, a fake exorcism and a comic duel between two deeply unsuitable fighters. Twelfth Night is absolutely bursting with life\, life lessons and huge swathes of it feel like it could have been written yesterday. \nThe Lord Chamberlain’s Men is the UK’s premier all male theatre company – with direct links to the history of William Shakespeare – presenting Shakespeare’s work as he first saw it; all male\, with Elizabethan costume\, music and dance. Their productions champion authenticity while breathing fresh\, new life into this extraordinary play. It will ignite or rekindle a burning passion in the greatest playwright the world has ever seen.
